Latin America Program Manager, Mentor & Course
Developer in Pittsburgh, PA
Duties:
- Develop
business opportunities with Government, Academic and Commercial
organizations
- Assist
partner organizations in specifying infrastructure and curriculum,
developing student and employer marketing and relationship plans
- Act as
liaison for partner organizations; support successful deployment of
iCarnegie programs; assist and ensure training, certification, oversight
and support of course instructors
- Specify,
design, implement and maintain software development courses for practical
relevance and pedagogical effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Masters
degree in Computer Science;
- Proficiency
in managing university academic programs and departments
- Experience
communicating with all levels of academic, administrative and staff
personnel in Latin American organizations
- Experience
teaching computer software programming courses
- Experience
with leading the creation of teaching/learning materials and educational
methods for computer programming
- Ability
to work with academic staff in Spanish-speaking countries.
